The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting part-time and full-time employees across multiple sites. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on sourcing applicants utilizing various methods. The Field Recruiter will consult with field operations, management and corporate HR to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy; maintain the Applicant Tracking System. As a consultant to the HR Managers and Operations Management, the Field Recruiter will guide their team through interviewing, selection, and offers with a strong emphasis on a positive candidate experience.
