You’ll be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full- time, or part-time staffing for positions with our company.
Wondering what it's like as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Inspire Horizons?
- Manage the full life-cycle Recruitment for the Company: We will count on you to source candidates, implement recruiting programs for current openings and build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Be Proactive in Building Relationships: Establish partnerships with local job networks, universities with relevant coursework to our staffing needs, and community networks.
- Maximize Use of Our ATS: We hope you love automation as we currently utilize JazzHR for our ATS! Responsible for reporting and tracking your success in filling positions.
- Remote/Hybrid Work – You will have the opportunity to work from home with the requirement to attend in person staff meetings or location meetings when needed.

- Do you have your Associates or Bachelors in HR, Business, or another related discipline? HR Certification and a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience are a plus!
- Do you have strong active and passive sourcing skills, with experience working with online job sites (think websites like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)?
- Does being organized and detail orientated make your heart sing?
- Have you been described as a self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player?
- Do you work well under pressure and adapt to changing requirements and priorities with an awesome attitude?

When it comes to compensation, you'll be in the range of $58,000 - $70,000 annually. Actual pay rates vary based on many objective factors: including skills, certification, years of experience, and specific work location.
