You’ll be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full- time, or part-time staffing for positions with our company.
- Manage the full life-cycle Recruitment for the Company: We will count on you to source candidates, develop and implement recruiting programs for current openings and build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Be Proactive in Building relationships: Establish partnerships with local job networks, universities with relevant coursework to our staffing needs, community networks.
- Administer our ATS: Hope you love automation! Responsible for reporting and tracking your success in filling positions. We currently utilize JazzHR for our ATS, you would be responsible for the upkeep and management of our ATS.
- Remote/Hybrid Work – You will have the opportunity to work from home with the requirement to attend in person staff meetings or location meetings when needed. Must be located in Arizona!

- Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Participating in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Own and manage the company’s ATS program (currently using JazzHR)
- Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
- Be proactive in networking, cold calling, and "deep diving" into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.
- Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors.
- Manages college recruitment program initiatives.
- Manages job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Maintains applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements. Considerable filing, faxing, copying, distribution of materials, etc.
- Develop relationships and create new relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.
- Create and maintain statistical and/or compliance reporting.
- The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position's role within the business.
- Associate or Bachelors in HR, Business or other related discipline. HR Certification a plus. Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.
- Minimum 3 years Clinical, therapeutic recruiting experience required. (Occupational Therapist, SpeechTherapist, Physical Therapist, BCBA’s) preferred.
- Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System). JazzHR preferred.
- Experience working with online job sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Do you have strong active and passive sourcing skills?
- Do you have strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills? How about having a strong attention to detail is necessary, strong analytical skills?Are you proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)?
- Can you prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary? Do you work well under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with an awesome attitude?
- Have you been described as a self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player? Can you interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients and others? In other words, does everyone love working with you?

When it comes to compensation, you'll be in the range of $58,000 - $70,000 annually. Actual pay rates vary based on many objective factors: including skills, certification, years of experience, and specific work location.
