NEXA |EAM is searching for:
A full-time Projects Service Leadto support our North American Operations team. This is a hybrid position that will require onsite work and up to 50% travel. You will report directly to the NEXA North America Operations Manager.
About the job:
- Deliver projects on time and within budget to guarantee client satisfaction, enhance company reputation, and foster repeat business.
- Oversee financial management for your service track, encompassing strategic budget planning, vigilant expense monitoring, and the maintenance of targeted gross profit margins.
- Effectively oversee project plans, dashboards, and the risk mitigation process with expertise.
- Produce precise cost estimates and quotes, leveraging your technical proficiency and project expertise.
- Lead and manage all Project Managers in your track and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide regular coaching and mentorship to direct reports to enhance their productivity and professional development.
- Design, implement, and deliver effective training programs aligned with organizational goals and NEXA’s Project Management tools & processes (Project Document Suite).
- Lead a Community of Practice for your service track, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
- Partner closely with the Service Leads to coordinate resources and project support across all NEXA’s North American client locations.
- Proactively identify ways to improve your service track’s standard of work and drive process improvement initiatives.

We are looking for people with:
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field. Masters preferred.
- Project Management certification preferred (i.e. CAPM, PMP).
- 10+ years’ experience in your service track.
- Proven track record in leading and managing project teams to success. Leadership Certification preferred.
- Life Science experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in the use of Project Management tools, particularly Smartsheet Project Plans and Dashboards.
- Highly Proficient in MS Office platforms, particularly MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Skilled at articulating and presenting compelling value propositions to clients.
