Gallery Media Group is looking for a Project Manager to join its Growth team, working on client communications and account management for our clients' Social Media strategy.
The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, have excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in client management/campaigns, and an understanding of social content and strategy (especially on Instagram and TikTok). You will have worked for either a digital agency or publisher.
Collaboration, creativity and attention to detail are key characteristics that will help the individual thrive in this environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Alongside social strategists and content creators, you'll help lead the day-to-day operations of Social Media strategy and execution for clients
- Work in conjunction with the Senior Account Director and Associate Strategy Directors to ensure all deliverables are tracking to deadline, and campaign is on track to hit KPIs
- Cross-functional communication: As the main point of contact for the client, you will funnel requests and priorities to different team members and ensure deliverables are executed on time and to a high standard
- Advocate for both the client and the GMG team, balancing priorities and requests to ensure we hit campaign goals
- Set and refine processes to ensure projects and campaigns are running as efficiently as possible
- Contribute to regular reporting and strategy decks as needed
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years account management or project management experience
- Experience working with Social Media platforms and strategy is preferred
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
- Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines and with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
