Job Summary:
Madison Ave Construction Corp is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in overseeing Residential Emergency Repair and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Estimate claims and supervise construction crews on Residential Emergency Repair and renovation projects, ranging from minor repairs to full new builds.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing a high level of customer service and guidance throughout the repair process.
- Conduct initial inspections, document project scope, and provide accurate measurements and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to review and submit proposals to insurance companies, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Work directly with insurance adjusters and representatives to facilitate the claims process and secure project approval.
- Manage change orders and upgrades, ensuring all modifications are documented, approved, and properly implemented.
- Collect client payments and ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Oversee project progress, materials procurement, and scheduling to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and standards, including Lead Safe, OSHA, and FEMA guidelines.
- Strong construction knowledge and experience, with expertise in claims estimating and crew supervision.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Xactimate, as well as a solid understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and construction principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Lead Safe, OSHA, and FEMA regulations and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, subcontractors, and insurance professionals.
