About the Team

We’re looking for a technical Implementation Manager to join our growing Professional Services Team and to play a key role in managing clients and helping onboard new clients. The Implementation Manager is the primary contact point for the client in the pre-launch period and will lead the implementation while ensuring scope, quality, and timeline are met. The implementation manager serves as Workday + HiredScore's solution consultant, also joining the development team, product team, and client during the integration period, all to ensure that the client will be able to extract the greatest value from the product post-launch and to ensure that the product is customized, configured and delivered on time.
You will gain experience working with Workday + HiredScore’s executive team, development and product teams, client success teams, and our client’s senior leadership.

About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients needs, current workflows and translate into a Workday + HiredScore implementation plan

  • Configure the Workday + HiredScore product in client environment as per Statement of Work and implementation plan (SOW)

  • Own coordination with colleagues who are responsible for any project deliverables, while addressing potential issues and risks.

  • Communicate to the client any maintenance needs of the new implementation for a defined period post-launch.

  • Responsibility for finding opportunities for further business & product development, and remediating all risks and issues that could impede or slow progress of implementation, notify key collaborators when needed.

  • Work with client Success teams to successfully transition the account from the implementation period to the launch, training, post-launch, and adoption period.

  • Document completion of key tasks and achievements, detailed notes associated with calls, and other client interactions.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an external client-facing Technical Project Management or Professional Services role with global enterprise (Fortune 500) clients.

  • Experience implementing SaaS / have worked in a Software Delivery environment.

  • Team player able to self-manage and complete projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills (international client-facing experience a must).

  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse collaborators - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts.

  • Ability to work with clients to resolve complex issues.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; works well under pressure.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $108,700 USD - $163,100 USD


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $84,600 USD - $163,100 USD
