PROJECT MANAGER
Media Bridge is an agency in Minneapolis, MN that combines media buying and creative services to help clients of all sizes grow and win.
We are seeking a full-time PROJECT MANAGER.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A PROJECT MANAGER
- Develop project plans and hold teams accountable to milestones/checkpoints to ensure successful project delivery
- Work with internal and client stakeholders to instill and enforce workflows and that support the profitable delivery of client work
- Contribute to a culture of delivering efficiency and excellence
- Responsible for the scoping and management of multiple projects
- Coordinate with all departments and clients to effectively shepherd and manage the evolution of work, ensuring quality at all points from concept through delivery
- Maintain and enforce high standards of communications including project status, budget tracking, timelines, scopes and change orders
- Manage projects, both small and large, independently from initiation through completion
- Demonstrate a strong ability to creatively solve problems with a positive and professional demeanor
- Responsible for resource management needs across assigned clients and teams
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- 2-4 years project management experience. Prior experience in an agency environment and/or media industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is helpful, but we will also consider candidates who have demonstrated equivalent knowledge, such as PMP certification and relevant work experience
- Demonstrated understanding of project management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE
We anticipate that this person will be most effective onsite at our office in the North Loop area of Minneapolis Monday-Thursday due to the work style of the existing team. The person in this role will routinely work remotely most Fridays, and we will consider an additional routine remote day during the week after initial training is complete. That being said, we do understand that some days are more productive remotely, and we offer additional remote flexibility as needed. Note that parking is paid for by Media Bridge when employees are required to work onsite.
