Job Description:
· Full-time executive, qualified, and experienced person responsible for overseeing and directing the services described herein. The "Project Manager" shall speak, read, and write English fluently and preferred to be bilingual in Spanish. The "Project Manager" shall always be available on-site and assigned a shift during business hours during the day or night and emergencies and must attend all regularly scheduled or on-demand meetings by Tryfacta. The "Project Manager" shall oversee and have overall responsibility for the Work to be carried out under any resultant Contract and shall devote their time exclusively to this task. The "Project Manager" shall be available with the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department for periodic tours or inspections of the premises. Bilingual speakers in English and Spanish are preferred but optional.
· As an Executive Project Manager for Tryfacta at the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department (MDAD), you will oversee and direct various services within the department. This role requires fluency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language, as well as a commitment to being available during regular business hours, emergencies, and scheduled or on-demand meetings set by Tryfacta at the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership and Oversight: Provide leadership and direction in overseeing the execution of projects and services outlined by Tryfacta at the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department. Ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
· Contract Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for any resultant contracts, overseeing the work to be carried out under those contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
· Availability and Attendance: Be available on-site during the assigned day or night shift and emergencies and must attend all regularly scheduled or on-demand meetings by Tryfacta. Attend all regularly scheduled or on-demand meetings set up by Tryfacta at the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department.
· Premises Tours and Inspections: Conduct periodic tours or inspections of premises in coordination with Tryfacta and the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department to ensure compliance and quality of work.
· Resource Management: Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
· Succession Planning: Develop and maintain plans for equal-level replacements if the Project Manager is absent due to disability or vacation.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or Aviation Management. A master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
· Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aviation industry or related fields. Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale projects and managing diverse teams for janitorial-related activities and services.
· Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable. Additional certifications in contract management, aviation management, or related fields are advantageous.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels is crucial for success in this role.
· Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project objectives. Experience in leading cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
· Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the aviation industry is advantageous.
