Responsibilities:
-Translate the information provided by Sales reps or customers, for production, shipping and delivery, and billing
- Steward each job managed
- Maintain house account customer service information
- Anticipate trouble spots and act quickly to resolve
- Verify information, track and update status of job
- Communicate with customer on every step of the way
- Keep electronic files
- Manage customer explanations
- Act as customer advocate
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience with printing or mailing highly preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years in a professional customer service role or project management experience
- Basic knowledge of customer service
- Excellent Word and Excel skills (will need to complete and pass testing requirements)
- Superb communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
