Job description
Full-service management company, is currently seeking a Project Manager for our office in Richmond Hill, NY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Propose goals and objectives for each property.
• Assist in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets.
• Report Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of building(s) portfolio.
• Monthly review of operating statements.
• Prepare analysis, record and report asset transactions for financial records.
• Manage and monitor team performance
• Liaison between manager partner’s and respective office staff
• Monitor project and fund compliance with regulatory requirements
• Execute corrective measures when early warning signs exist on performance issues.
• Reviews financial reports to find ways to reduce costs.
• Compiles and presents asset management reports to clients, supervisors and senior executives

• Strong analytical skills
• Highly skilled in math and finance
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time-management skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Skilled in project management
• Excellent critical thinking skills; especially Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field
• Working knowledge of business and data intelligence software
• 2-5 years’ experience in asset management or related field preferred
