Full-service management company, is currently seeking a Project Manager for our office in Richmond Hill, NY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Propose goals and objectives for each property.
- Assist in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets.
- Report Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of building(s) portfolio.
- Monthly review of operating statements.
- Prepare analysis, record and report asset transactions for financial records.
- Manage and monitor team performance
- Liaison between manager partner’s and respective office staff
- Monitor project and fund compliance with regulatory requirements
- Execute corrective measures when early warning signs exist on performance issues.
- Reviews financial reports to find ways to reduce costs.
- Compiles and presents asset management reports to clients, supervisors and senior executives
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly skilled in math and finance
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Skilled in project management
- Excellent critical thinking skills; especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field
- Working knowledge of business and data intelligence software
- 2-5 years’ experience in asset management or related field preferred
