Fire Sprinkler Project Manager

We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager with experience ,to join our past-paced team!

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, schedule, coordinate and supervise multiple projects simultaneously.

2. Responsible for planning, scheduling of labor. materials, tools and special inspections.

3. Establish and maintain communications with our customers and shop and office, to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, schedule and budget.

4. Identify change orders and pricing for same and job related paperwork.

5.Able to build projects on time and under budget ,while thriving in fast-paced construction.

QUALIFICATIONS: Supervisory experience as a Fire Sprinkler foreman or supervisor for a minimum of 7 years and have experience on projects with contracts greater than 1 million dollars.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
