Job Title: Project Coordinator - Training Developer
Full Time - Day Hours, Monday through Friday
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay: Range $35 - $45 per hour DOE
SUMMARY:
Support the design and implantation of a companywide Customer Experience training initiative. This role will project manage the initiative through initial buildout and administer the program roll out.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administers multiple medium-to-large scale, complex, and high-profile projects from start to completion.
-Utilizes outcome-based models for all projects, focusing on measurable results
-Coordinates with cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets and subject matter experts to bring projects to a successful close
-Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data and recommends action plans to improve business process results
-Provides project management leadership for drives change in enterprise development and learning through technology
-Delivers learning alternatives to employees at all levels toward achievement of organizational and personal effectiveness
-Designs, reviews, implements, and evaluates learning programs; recommends enterprise-wide programs; identifies emerging issues in the enterprise and proposes solutions
-Administers employee development programs including: coaching, mentoring, and job rotations; removes obstacles to performance, both individual and organizational
-Utilizes succession planning, leadership development, knowledge management, creative problem solving, strategic planning, teambuilding, facilitation, and conflict resolution to improve processes
-Isolates critical competencies for all levels of employees and provides accompanying assessment and improvement tools via both high-tech and high-touch delivery modalities
-Researches industry best practice tools and concepts for learning, organizational capability, and knowledge management systems, making appropriate recommendations
-Facilitates processes to evaluate job performance and develops action plans to address needs

-Ability to read and interpret documents such as proposals, needs assessments, research reports and financial analyses
-Ability to write and deliver a variety of learning programs
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
