Job Summary:
As the Project Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of the Production Department, catering to the comprehensive needs of both our business and customers. This role entails guiding projects from post-sale to completion, nurturing vendor and contractor relationships, and ensuring an outstanding customer journey. Our exterior solutions encompass repairs and replacements of all types of siding, roofing, windows/doors, gutters, gutter guards, and deck remodeling. This dynamic role offers a blend of on-site responsibilities and remote work flexibility, a remarkable chance to grow within a supportive environment.
- Manage schedules, coordinating with customers, installation crews, material suppliers, and waste disposal services with a high level of professionalism.
- Document project progress through photographs, ensuring accurate updates to customer files.
- Review proposals for errors, create orders for materials and labor, and liaise with the Design Specialists and installers.
- Undertake measurements for custom materials to ensure accuracy and prevent financial losses.
- Efficiently order materials, maintain cost efficiency and oversee installation quality.
- Utilize company vehicles to source additional materials as required.
- Uphold quality control standards during installation and maintain an organized production calendar.
- Foster strong vendor relationships and utilize digital tools for scheduling, communication, and customer updates.
- Previous experience in a similar Project Manager role is preferred.
- Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish).
- Extremely organized and self-motivated.
