The Project Management department major responsibility is to take a project from initiation to completion through the use of timelines, KPI reports, Stage Gate meetings, and fact driven communication. The team plays a pivotal role to ensure that Fresh innovation are delivered on time by proposing solution and understanding each partners requirement expertise and scope.
Your Impact to the role:
- Prepare, develop and edit and manage product launches timeline based on marketing innovation plan as well as ECR (engineering change request)
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within cost target by following with key stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed project plan and timeline to track progress using our timeline tool
- Identify potential bottleneck and propose solution.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed during different meeting and through reporting.
- Manage the relationship with Fresh internal partners.
Your impact in your first year:
- Ability to propose agility in timeline as you will have a clear understanding of each partners constraints from design, marketing, product development to packaging development.
- Present alerts to COMEX
- Lead meetings with cross functional team
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
- 3-4 Years of Experience Required in Project Management
You are proficient in:
- Visio - working knowledge
- Experience with a timeline application (Workfront / Microsoft Project)
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- First PMO experience (Health & Beauty industry experience a plus)
You possess:
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

The salary range for the role is $80,000 - $90,000
