DAY-TO-DAY

As our Residential Home Services Estimator - HVAC Project Manager, you are critical to the successful completion of our projects. You support our company by actively seeking out potential projects for our team as well as monitoring the work to ensure everything goes smoothly. Every day, you check the Builders' Exchange and email bid invitations to look for potential projects. When you find a promising job, you collaborate with team members to generate labor and material takeoffs and create accurate bids.

Once we land the project, you create a realistic schedule for the work and coordinate with vendors to receive the necessary equipment. When the work is underway, you occasionally check on the progress to ensure our team meets all deadlines. Always friendly and charismatic, you regularly interact with contractors and clients, building strong relationships within the industry and helping improve our business pipeline. You take great pride in bringing in profitable projects and keeping our business running smoothly!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HOME SERVICES ESTIMATOR - HVAC PROJECT MANAGER

• Experience in a related role
• Ability to read and understand project plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong Detailing Skills
• Experience in preparing field installers and shop advocators
• Experience with stocking and inventory management of residential HVAC equipment and parts
