JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Demolition Estimator / Project Manager's job duties include connecting with clients and delivering a high level of customer service while creating accurate estimates and takeoffs that will be used to generate proposals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create comprehensive cost estimates for a wide variety of demolition projects
- Review RFP’s to evaluate project feasibility and profitability potential
- Develop bid schedule
- Seek out new vendors and subcontractors for company’s Sub list.
- Communicate and coordinate with the field team before, during and after projects
- Track project profitability levels to ensure margins meet or exceed expectations
- Verify vendor and subcontractor estimates fall within the defined scope
- Create estimates for all necessary insurance considerations
- Maintain client confidentiality
MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 2 years estimating experience for demolition, grading, and shoring
- Experience with estimating and takeoff software
- Experience in the commercial and PW construction industry is preferred
- Proven take off ability
- Applicants must have reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field preferred, but not required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Applicant must provide eligibility documentation to work in the US
- Pay is based on experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
