DIRECT HIRE: Looking for a professional, reliable, and skilled Project Coordinator for multiple projects.
Pay Range: $50K - $60K

The Project Coordinator is the individual charged assisting the Project Manager throughout the life of the project by focusing on the company's contractual obligations to both the client and the subcontractors. The Project Coordinator will report to their assigned PM and/or APM. The Project Coordinator is a company representative who deals with the outside world (Owner, Design Professionals, and Subcontractors/Vendors). His or her actions will always be regarded as the company’s.
General Roles & Responsibilities
- Continuing to develop under the mentoring and management provided by the PM
- Coordinating All Subcontractor Documentation required by the company and the Owner Contractual Documents
- Organizing required documentation through the company's Project Management System
- Assisting in the Procurement of Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Scheduling in-house, self-perform work, in a timely manner following company established procedures
- Management of RFIs and Submittals within company Project Management System
- Participation in Weekly Project Progress Meetings taking notes and preparing Meeting Minutes for PM’s review and approval and timely issuing approved Meeting Minutes documentation
- Ordering and calling off necessary equipment for jobsites in a timely manner
- Track Project Progress and maintain communication with all internal and external team members on matters pertaining to schedules, material & Equipment selection and budgets
- Assist with inspections or documentation of inspections throughout the process
- Professional correspondence with client, subs and other business entities through business letters and email
- Maintain project files both electronic and hard copies (as required)
- Assist PM on all other matters.
Primary Qualifications & Certifications
- Education: High School Diploma, AA Degree or Higher Preferred
- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point proficiency
- Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat for markup of .pdf documentation
- Knowledge of Construction and Architecture terms
- Basic Knowledge of Contracts
- Basic Writing Skills (Spelling, Proper Sentence Structure and Grammar)
