Qualified individuals will be expected to perform the following tasks:
- Oversee and monitor project progress to ensure completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Perform the functionality of printing labels, and oversee smaller-scale projects with local
- Assist in leading breakout meetings between key stakeholders to identify issues and ensure
- Assist the operations team with opening, updating, and closing out service-now tickets as
- Holding regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding
- Track and document meeting minutes, notes, and support documentation.
- Manage purchases, invoicing, and preparation of contracts.
- Coordinate with the MLB logistics team to track and report back delivery dates to the
- Work with supporting departments to schedule access, site surveys, and manage local
- Updating and maintaining all production technology and hardware, helping to ensure proper
- Report all task and project-related dependencies to the Technical Facilities supervisor
- Assists the Technical Facilities Operations team with daily operational tasks, maintenance, and
- Coordinate with the operations team to maintain and replenish materials stock at our MLB
- Ability to travel to remote sites as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Requirements:
2+ years of project management experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent
