“A Day in the Life”
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of our custom modular projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, vendors, sales and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
“What You’ll Do”
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, account reconciliation and resource plans.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minutes preparation.
- Track project progress and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the project team and management.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Support project managers in resolving project-related issues and conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and document management.
“Must Haves”
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology is a plus.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
"Nice to Haves"
- Bachelor’s Degree is desired.
- Knowledge of the relevant building codes for any state and the Uniform Building Code (UBC) is preferred.
- Modular building industry experience is a plus.
