As Project Coordinator, Business Operations, you will play a vital role in the success of Voleon. You will be a part of the Business Strategy team and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Your responsibilities will focus primarily on "getting things done," ensuring follow-through, and prioritizing well. As a result, this role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to inspire others to take action, acute attention to detail, composure under pressure, and excellent time management abilities. You will be the driving force behind the efficient execution of our strategic initiatives, all the while upholding a high standard for work.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that initiatives are completed thoroughly, on-time and in a high-quality manner. Manage your own work and help others to make their contributions
- Make sure that projects are meeting their goals
- Collaborate with other teams on projects to enhance team operations and efficiency
- Making sure that internal controls and processes are followed
- Deliver proactive support to the COO and collaborate closely with all departments, operating as an air traffic controller to prioritize work and effectively manage resources
- Proceed with multiple activities simultaneously while meeting high standards for work
- Build sustainable infrastructure by creating high-quality documentation and maintaining knowledge repositories (e.g., Confluence)
- Convert requests and plans into tangible actions
- Provide transparency to teammates and other stakeholders with clear communication
- Value interpersonal interactions and engage effectively with others, both internally and externally
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, capable of seamlessly managing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated aptitude in written and verbal communication, evidenced through clear, concise expression and effective discourse
- Quick decision-making skills to respond effectively to urgent situations and events
- A bachelor's degree
$90,000 - $120,000 a year
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
