Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator for the IRS program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of project deliverables while maintaining strong communication channels between clients, in-house teams, and subcontracted parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all project aspects including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and overseeing team activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between clients, in-house teams, and subcontractors, facilitating effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Clearly communicate project expectations to all stakeholders in a timely and concise manner.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements, define scope, and develop accurate time estimates for deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with the client.
- Provide regular project status updates to team members, clients, and senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills by effectively prioritizing workloads within and across project teams.
- Actively participate in team initiatives aimed at achieving departmental and company objectives.
- Assist in uploading user information into relevant systems as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles, preferably in a client-facing environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
