Project Management Coordinator (DTI) - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting the planning, implementation, and delivery of ERP project initiatives. This position requires a blend of experience and motivation combined with project and organizational management skills, and the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with staff and/or outside contractors
  • Coordinate logistics for project meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Maintain and update Project Management tools, databases, and systems
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of Project Management standard methodologies and tools
  • May lead coordination of special projects
  • Assist with developing project schedules, ensuring the project timelines are met
  • Responsible for tracking, documenting and report progress of projects
  • Monitor project expenses
  • May create presentation materials and spreadsheets
  • Determine project requirements and present drafts to manager
  • Make recommendations and troubleshoots and/or problem solves.

Basic Qualifications:

Associate’s degree and 2 years of Project Management Coordination experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 4 years of Project Management Coordination experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong computer literacy including advanced word processing, presentation and spreadsheet application skills
  • Experience working on one or more ERP projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions
  • Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Superb communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and implement complex instructions
  • Ability to communicate successfully with all-levels
  • Ability to use good judgment in making decisions

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
