Role Summary

MetaPhase is seeking a Project Coordinator with 3+ years of experience to be a part of a Federal IT team supporting The Department of Interior Office of the Chief Information Officer Program Management Division IT Portfolio Management Services. The MPC team will be supporting DOI PMD with establishing IT Portfolio Management enterprise-wide processes around Federal Capital Planning and Investment Control. 

What You Will Be Doing

●    Supporting the various financial and compliance needs of Federal customers – to include portfolio management, managing Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) reporting to OMB.

●    Creating communications and presentations, facilitating meetings, tracking decisions/issues/risks, and supporting the team and senior leadership in a fast paced environment.

●    Apply strong communication skills to build relationships, connect people, and support team members.

●    Create and/or support project deliverables, including software development documents and artifacts (like compliance matrices, SOPs, roadmaps, planning documents, briefings, status reviews, lessons learned, agendas, risk matrices, etc.)

●    Managing internal and client communications and maintaining program knowledge management/tracking.

●    Coordinating customer engagement activities on behalf of the client.

 

What We Need From You (Required)

●    Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, and/or IT project management efforts; preferably in federal government consulting.

●    Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

●    Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

●    This position requires the ability to obtain and hold an active Public Trust clearance at a U.S. Government Agency; U.S. Citizenship required

 

Bonus Points (Desired)

●    Experience supporting IT Investment Management, Capital Planning & Investment Control, and/or IT project management efforts; preferably in federal government consulting.
