Job Description
Conexon is a rapidly growing company working with Rural Electric Cooperatives to build advanced fiber to the home (FTTH) networks nationwide. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Construction Management team in our Kansas City office. This position will be responsible for assisting the construction Project Managers in developing and updating project schedules to meet client objectives and Conexon revenue objectives. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that can manage a project from initiation to completion. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Create and maintain document control – construction production tracking, project activities and schedule, reconcile invoicing and material detail.
- Provide support to Project Managers for multiple clients with reporting and tracking.
- Attend occasional meetings with Project Manager to update on project progress
- Communicate all issues to management prior to reaching schedule deadlines.
- Summarize and report construction invoices to track actual to expected budget.
- Assist onsite contract construction Project Managers with administrative work.
- Invoice reconciliation to production and agreed to construction units pricing.
- Educate contractors on cooperative specific architecture.
- Participate in weekly client conference calls.

- Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Google Suites.
- Telecom industry experience a plus.
- Associate degree or higher.
- Previous experience in a similar type position

Physical Requirements
Normal office conditions, some irregular hours may be required. Majority of time spent on the computer and phone.
