Project Coordinator - Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with Estimators, Superintendents, and Customers to establish comprehensive project documentation.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

- Address and resolve concerns raised by stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain precise project documentation, including submittals, wage orders, and change orders.

- Generate regular progress reports and updates for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive project closeout documentation.

Problem Solving:

- Identify and promptly address project-related challenges.

- Collaborate with the project team to devise innovative solutions to emerging issues.

Project Coordinator - Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.

- Specific Asphalt/Concrete knowledge or project experience highly preferred.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
