POSITION SUMMARY:
The Content Project Coordinator leads, oversees and ensures the successful delivery and management of photography projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Develops and implements the overall program project plan, governance structure, deliverables, milestones, budget and required activities and tasks to achieve program objectives.
  • Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
  • Prepares and provides project status updates to project sponsor, champion, stakeholders and project team members, ensuring timely communication of potential barriers, risks and mitigation plans.
  • Leads and facilitates project team meetings and activities to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitors and coordinates dependencies across the program and project and resolve any conflicts.
  • Utilizes company standard systems and tools for project reporting and tracking of finances and resources.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Certificate(s) or License(s): PMP Preferred
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience successfully leading projects of a moderately complex nature, preferably in a photo studio or other creative department

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
  • Ability to lead and motivate others in a cross-functional team
  • Ability to implement project management best practices and inspire others to continuously improve quality and execution of work
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency with project planning tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in setting and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role may not directly control resources
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a project resource plan that ensures that the right people are in the right place doing the right things at the right time
  • Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, with a sense of urgency, while delivering quality results
  • Ensures all team members understand how to work together, understand interdependencies and coordinate their efforts to complete program goals
  • Knowledge of Workfront preferred

  • N/A

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Regular computer work, sitting, and standing
  • Seldom to never lifting up to 50lbs

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
  • Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
