Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in our Eureka, MO location.

We value the need to be detail oriented, to maintain accuracy, and to be prompt through the pre-construction to close-out documentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Manage multiple projects throughout the stages of pre-construction to completion.

• Sets project up in QuickBooks, Workforce Time, Procore and manual file.
• Request submittals, confirm their accuracy and review them once returned for any changes/notes.
• Requests and supplies general contractor with our certificate of insurance.
• Develop and maintain project timelines.
• Communicate weekly as a team any issues with project schedules, availability of specialty materials needed to meet project schedules and/or any other issues with projects as needed.
• Backup Project Assistant/Receptionist as needed.

Job Requirements
Education and Experience:

• High School degree or equivalent.

Required Abilities and Skills:

• Candidates should be able to have excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and be able to work alongside a team who is dedicated to providing a quality service.
• Have the ability and willingness to learn new skill sets.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast pace environment.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• General knowledge of QuickBooks Pro a plus.
