Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Construction Administrator to support our flooring and tile projects in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring projects progress efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in project coordination, including scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor management.
2. Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and maintaining project records.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
4. Assist in tracking project progress, updating project schedules, and preparing progress reports.
5. Coordinate logistics for onsite project activities, ensuring a smooth workflow.
6. Support the team in resolving project-related issues and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
7. Assist in quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project coordination or construction administration, preferably within the flooring or tile industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
