Project Analyst

K.L. Scott & Associates (KLSA) is hiring a Project Analyst to provide administrative and analysis support to the program working teams (Pods) focused on providing Technical Assistance. The successful candidate must be resourceful and able to work across Pods and functional workstreams (technology, project management, childcare and consulting). In this role, the Project Analyst will engage and work closely with the Pod team members and leads. Previous experience with support of Project Management Offices (PMO), performing business analysis, and performing diverse administrative work is required.

Responsibilities

• Support program Pod with overall administrative support including scheduling of meetings, coordinating schedules, data entry, coordinating events, etc.
• Performing meeting note taking and business writing activities related to minutes, agendas, etc.
• Support in the development of various types of business documentation, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
• Support in the analysis of information, collecting and researching information on diverse topics.
• Ability compile information, prepare reports and charts.
• Able to perform ad-hoc administrative support activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter and resourceful without daily supervision.
• Strong creativity and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office with strong experience and mastery in MS PowerPoint, Excel. Experience setting up and using Zoom, MS Teams.
• Experience using Smartsheet is a plus.
• Experience in the Public Sector/Government area is a plus.
