JOB SUMMARY
Full-time position with the Army Training Models (ATM) contract supporting the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence (USACCoE) institutional training resource management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serves as the Army Aviation Subject Matter Expert for the ATM Team, responsible for:
1. Maintaining data and knowledge of all current and future Cyber and Signal School related courses and requirements.
2. Keeping supervisor up-to-date with all current and future changes that will create the need for Institutional Training Resource Model (ITRM) changes/updates or additions.
3. Serving the USACCoE Resource Management Director as an assigned team member.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the USACCoE in the development, analysis, and review of institutional training requirements and associated costs. Provides staff support to USACCoE in both programming and budget processes. Serves as the USACCoE Subject Matter Expert for the ATM Team.
- Review USACCoE Programs of Instruction (POI) for accuracy.
- Participates in the ITRM Per Capita process by assisting in aligning actual recurring non-SII obligations to proper accounts/MDEPs as necessary to ensure accurate per capita rates are developed.
- Analyzes Special Items of Interest (SII) for accuracy and completeness.
- Provides responsive, comprehensive and accurate analysis and training cost estimates.
- Responds to information requests as needed.
- Provides analysis of other Army training data, trends, policy changes, etc., as tasked.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience with Army Resource Management
- Secret Clearance
- Experience in military training, resource management, and/or academic performance
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Specific experience in Army training activities, schoolhouse training operations, and/or military finance and accounting
- Strong computer literacy in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, briefing, and database management tools
- Ability to apply mathematical principles to people and resources
- Ability to apply those mathematical relationships among data elements used for populating and maintaining required database files
