As a PMO Analyst you'll support core project management functions and project coordination. The position is responsible for assisting projects with project management processes and tools to ensure materials are produced, executed and maintained in accordance with establish procedures and policies. A PMO Analyst should have a general understanding of Project Management best practices. They must be well organized, able to balance multiple tasks, work independently with limited supervision, seek guidance as needed, and actively support PMO leadership.
Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Support Project Management activities across multiple projects
- Support deliverable management processes through tracking, monitoring, processing, and reporting deliverables ensuring timelines and contractual requirement are met
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset management, for new and departing team members. Define onboarding/offboarding activities that align with project requirements
- Apply Deloitte policies, procedures, and guidelines to remain compliant against requirements prescribed within a contract
- Pursue continuous improvements on the project that improve quality and efficiency
- Support project and program communications. Distribute project status to team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Operate in and maintain PMO applications, tools, templates, and other program-wide standards.
- Identify risks, action items, issues or decisions that may negatively impact a project or its deliverables, working with leads to balance/manage priorities
- Maintain project schedules in compliance with industry scheduling standards and Deloitte's best practices

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience with PMO processes and methodologies along
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies; hands-on experience a plus
- Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
- Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
- Limited sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
