Pega Data Analyst - Project Delivery Analyst

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on technology solutions powered by Pega applications

• Design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation of Pega applications

• Brainstorm, design, and prototype solutions while recommending enhancements for enterprise Pega technologies

• Communicate with leads on the progress, road blocks for resolution

• Release support adhering to client release

AM&I is composed of three different areas- Service Delivery & Business Design, Application Modernization & Migration and Quality Engineering.
Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience with the PegaData Analysis and Problem solving
• 1+ years of experience with Data Analytics tools - Tableau, Power BI
• Hands on experience with SQL, relational database
• Familiarity with Big Data products such as Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, Kafka
• Experience creating assets for workflows within the Pega Systems
• Project management methodologies ,process and tools
• Experience in MS Project, PDLC, Lean, Waterfall, Agile, Smartsheets, MS Office 365, JIRA, FMEA
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
