Our client is hiring for a Project Administrator role!
Position Overview
The Operations Project Manager will work alongside the entire organization and will be responsible for managing a wide range of programs and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, with quality standards, and meet senior leadership expectations. The selected candidate will be fully responsible for ensuring project execution for multiple teams across all new product development phases. Operations Project Manager will support the Head of Finance as well as provide back-office support where needed.
This is as hybrid role, this individual can expect to be in the office 3 times a week.
This position will report directly to the Head of Finance.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for scheduling meetings, recording decisions, and breaking projects into manageable tasks, creating project schedules, monitoring timelines, aligning resources, and communicating issues to senior team members.
- Creates and maintains Asana dashboards to report on the progress of projects to all stakeholders and the Leadership Team.
- Work alongside research leaders, scientists, and team members in the planning and efficient execution of a number of projects.
- Other back office duties to further the best interest of the Company as assigned.
Requirements
- BA/BS in business administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Ability to create analytics/reports with strong working knowledge of various reporting and analytics tools. Experience with Asana and RACI charts.
- Ability to lead and drive individuals and teams in a respectful way.
- Effective writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple activities daily, yet flexible and responsive to frequently shifting priorities.
