Expert Home Builders, a reputable home improvement company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Administrator to join our team. As a Project Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by utilizing your exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Responsabilities:
- Receiving new contracts, change orders, payment schedules, invoices, and materials receipts into the CRM system, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Communicating on a daily basis with sales representatives, project managers, assistant project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, schedules, balances, and other relevant information as needed.
- Acting as the purchasing agent for the company, responsible for paying for necessary job expenses and recording all transactions within the CRM system.
- Assisting assistant project managers and management in ensuring that all jobs are completed and finalized on time and within budget, monitoring progress and identifying any potential issues that may arise.
- Providing exceptional customer service to each client, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that each client is satisfied with the work performed.
Skills:
- Proficient in both Spanish and English
- Adept in computer literacy
