Responsibilities:
As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Communication: Facilitate clear communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Scheduling: Coordinate project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are efficiently utilized.
- Logistical Support: Provide administrative support for project managers and field teams, including coordinating equipment and materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project administration within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project and financial management software such as HCSS Heavy Job and Viewpoint Spectrum and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of grading, underground utility, concrete, and paving projects is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
