We're looking for someone to join our team as a Program Supervisor - AFS who:
The Program Supervisor is an integral member of the AFS team responsible for delivering high-quality results in a grant-funded program. The Program Supervisor provides supportive, motivational training and supervision of staff implementing program components while ensuring fidelity to the program or curriculum. The Program Supervisor monitors case management services with special attention to complex or high risk cases, provides program reports, and other supervisory duties as needed.
Essential Functions:

• Direct supervision of staff and maintaining standards designed to meet program requirements
• Monitoring program implementation for clients by providing direction and consultation for staff regarding engaged case management
• Responsible for program orientation and ongoing training of employees to ensure quality programming for clients and safety of staff
• Participates in monthly and as-needed case conferences, staff meetings and program planning
• Processes program enrollments and closures
• Responsible for program reporting requirements
• Attends local, regional, and state meetings and trainings as needed

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

• B.A./B.S. in health, social sciences or related field or equivalent
• Minimum three years relevant work experience in a related field
• Knowledge of community resources desirable
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, ACEs, socio-economic, environmental, and cultural factors affecting client participation and success
• Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team approach with both professionals and paraprofessionals
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with persons from diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds
• Ability to maintain client dignity and confidentiality, and ensure the same from the team
• English/Spanish bilingual is strongly preferred
• Flexibility to alter the 8:00-5:00 schedule when necessary to meet department/business needs
• Committed to the belief in health care with dignity for all, and that people have the right to health care information and participation in planning their own health care
• Must adhere to Clinica Sierra Vista's employee health/immunization requirements or provide a valid exemption request for subsequent approval.
