The Program Specialist - Quality Assurance is responsible for quality checks of printed and online materials for the Professional Development Approval System (PDAS). This position will coordinate with staff to review content, work on minor edits, and assist with quality checks for PDAS systems. This position will also create metrics (such as surveys), gather data, and apply feedback to recommend improvement of systems as needed.
Job Requirements
Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:
- 6 months of experience in early childhood, elementary, or professional programs.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 54 months of related experience.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty, and staff
