IEM is looking for a Full Time – Program Managerwho will be theprimary point of contact to our client and is accountable for the productivity of their team and meeting deadlines on time and within budgets established.
Primary Location:
- Candidates can originate from anywhere in the United States or Puerto Rico, you will work remotely from home or personal office location.
- All remote work environments require the ability to maintain minimum Internet speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download, as well as a ping rate of 100 ms or less during working hours, regardless of the type and number of devices using your Internet connection. You must also have account privileges and access to your Internet service provider account during working hours for the purposes of maintaining the Internet connection, if needed.
Travel Requirements:
- This position may require travel to complete work assignments or attend meetings.
Essential Functions:
- Remain current and knowledgeable of HOME-ARP programs, including funding, planning, and implementation.
- Establish and monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery and compliance with HOME-ARP and grantee funding guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project activities with program objectives and funding requirements and enhance program effectiveness and sustainability.
- Lead a team of project managers and subject matter experts to support the execution of program activities and deliverables.
- Prepare and present program updates and reports to key stakeholders, including progress reports, budget analysis, and impact assessments.
- Comply with quality assurance and security procedures in the performance of duties.
- Direct human resources and management activities and determine the staffing levels needed to accomplish the operational tasks.
- Other functions may be assigned based on the changing project environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Ten (10) years of relatable work experience
- In addition to the above - at least three (3) years of experience in project/program management, providing technical assistance, supervision, production management, personnel management and/or business administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HOME and/or HOME-eligible programs, homelessness programs, non-congregate shelter and supportive services provision, and/or affordable housing development experience
- IDIS certifications and/or experience
- Community Development and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
