We are looking for a program manager to join our Global payroll team. You'll be responsible for complex and critical payroll initiatives and implementations crossing multiple functional and global business unit lines in alignment of strategic goals.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Manage multiple complex, high-risk, high-visibility initiatives such as merger and acquisition and/or standing up new country payroll processes from ideation to execution. Demonstrate informal leadership, organizational savviness, and collaboration with leaders to ensure successful results.
- Provide communication for intended audiences including timely risk awareness, progress updates, and results to the stakeholders and business unit(s)..
- Build and sustain relationships through motivation, influence team building, and empowerment. Take action to facilitate change and improvements, including the use of change management concepts and manage the cultural and people impact of change.
- Identify and mitigate interrelated risks across program. Identify, communicate, and manage required changes to the organization and provide proper reinforcement to assure success. Balance competing demands.
- Manage activities with outside third party vendors (ADP) and consultants to ensure timely delivery and expected results of systems and services. Participate in system enhancements, negotiations, and/or product discovery.
Who You Are
- 8+ years project, program, initiative management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience with payroll Program Management
- Results oriented and able to adapt and deal with ambiguous situations and manage expectations
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, planning, decision making, and execution skills, with the ability to drive engagement with partners at various levels from executives to individual contributors
- Capable of working with a variety of partners, including outside consultants and vendors, with ability to influence others without formal authority
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration and communication, including informal leadership
- High level understanding and application of project management methodologies that includes quality and risk control, communication, and integration
- Experience delivering in an agile/waterfall/product environment
- Strong analytical, strategic, and tactical capabilities
- Results oriented and able to adapt and deal with ambiguous situations and manage expectations

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$123000 - $185000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
Job Level
We'll consider talent at the Software Engineer III and Sr Software Engineer I levels with the right experiences and skills.
