Job Summary
The Program Manager position is dedicated to promoting, recruiting for, and working with students of the two programs, Bachelor of Science in Global Business (BS GB) & Master's in International Management Studies (MS IMS) in the Jindal School of Management.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree; Three to five years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of the Program Manager will be as follows:
50%
- Promote the two programs on social media and at UTD
- Conduct info sessions for the two programs
- Organize recruiting events at high schools and across UTD
- Implement new programs (Professional Program in Global Business)
- Provide academic and professional development advice to current students
- Organize alumni events and alumni support for program activities
50% -dedicated to supporting all Center for Global Business (CGB) initiatives.
- Promote Center for CGB on social media and across UTD
- Organize and support CGB conferences and programs
- Recruit sponsors for CGB conferences and projects
- Collaborate with industry, and chambers of commerce to provide international internships
- Organize Advisory Board meetings and events
- Work with the development team to establish endowments
- Reconcile financial statements for CGB activities
- Support grant writing activities for the center
Other duties as assigned.
