Job Summary:
The Talent Program Manager will play an integral role in establishing a leadership pipeline and cultivating a high-performing team culture by developing, implementing, and leading innovative, effective talent strategies that attract, grow, and retain top-talent. The Program Manager will be responsible for designing an array of learning solutions, such as informational webinars, presentations, job aids/tools, and larger-scale curriculum planning. This role will interface with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization, executing clear and polished verbal and written communication. The position is remote, reporting to the Talent Management Director.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs, business leaders) to develop comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals, values, and address identified needs, Including, but not limited to, onboarding, leadership development, soft skills training, and power skills development, utilizing a variety of delivery methods (e.g., in-person, virtual, e-learning).
- Manage the logistics of planning and implementing blended learning initiatives that include virtual delivery sessions and in person events.
- Participate in design and development of Engagement courses, programs, or resources.
- Serve as facilitator and/or producer for virtual training sessions or meetings related to Talent Management programs.
- Facilitate communications of performance expectations, changes in processes, and updates related to performance management to employees and managers.
- Design presentations that effectively engage and communicate with all audiences.
- Partner with HR, our Community Team, Clinical Learning and Development, and various SMEs to develop the content required to implement consistent, engaging, and effective onboarding programs.
- Develop training for managers and employees on how to conduct effective performance reviews, emphasizing constructive feedback and goal setting, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Design and implement leadership development programs to groom and prepare employees for future leadership roles.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting learning initiatives, creating communities of practice, sharing best practices, and enhancing internal communications.
- Succession Planning – collaborate on designing the strategy and approach for HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to conduct talent reviews and evaluate skills, competencies, and potential gaps.
About You (Job Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of training and/or facilitation experience with an ability to adapt approach to meet the needs of individuals at differing levels of professional experience
- 5 years’ experience in professional LD role
- Experienced with Learning Management systems
- Experience working in high-growth/fast-paced environment
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled planner
- Proficiency with virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
- Culture Amp, Gallup, or other engagement survey experience
- Familiarity/Certified in: DiSC, MBTI, Strengths Finder, EQ and/or Fierce Conversations
- Knowledge of advanced facilitation skills (questioning techniques, discussion management, time management)
- Knowledge of curriculum design, adult learning theories, ADDIE, and other industry standards
- Microsoft Office skills (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Must be self-directed, able to work independently, and manage timelines effectively
- Demonstrates sound judgment, good problem-solving and decision-making ability and takes initiative
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Some travel required
The base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$100,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a periodic bonus.
