Program Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or applicable area of study.
• A minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience, with 5 of those specifically in the areas of web development, maintenance, and customer support.
• Knowledge of Jira or similar ALM tool.
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship building skills conducive to driving consensus; able to work well in a cross-functional, matric management environment.
• Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Risk Management (analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks).
• Budget management (forecasting, cost control, and budgeting skills).
• Strong written and oral communication Skills.

Even Better:

• Prior software sales with a value added reseller.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience in DevSecOps and Cybersecurity is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
