The BPA Program Manager shall be responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the BPA, including hosting, coordinating and participating in all BPA Level meetings with IRS. The BPA Program Manager shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all award matters relating to daily operation.
The BPA Program Manager is in charge of effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities surrounding clients multi-level technology projects. Using their knowledge of and experience with various technologies to lead a team to reach all clients goals. Responsible for assisting client in development, selection, implementation, and budgeting for their technology initiatives to improve effectiveness and evaluate new equipment. At times they are also responsible for completion of administrative tasks such as the compiling of reports that detail program activity to supply client with status and progress of projects.
Required qualifications: Prior experience as a BPA/GWAC/IDIQ Program Manager is preferred. Certification or university degree in IT Program Management and 5 years’ experience performing IT Program Management for Government projects or a degree in IT Program Management, or Management with 7 years of IT program Management Experience.
The BPA Program Manager work location shall be in an IRS campus location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $155,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
