Program Manager - Iii

Summary:
Reality Labs is building the next generation of computing devices to bring the world together and make people feel closer. This includes Quest and Portal products, AR and VR software and hardware, and research and development labs. The RL Legal Program Manager will work closely with legal team members and cross-functional partners to manage and run complex and strategic projects at Company. The ideal candidate will have an ability to see the big picture and incorporate problem solving, critical thinking and tactical execution into their daily work.
Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple interdependent projects of high complexity and broad scope
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate programs, operations and initiatives
• Ongoing maintenance and support for legal sponsored programs
• Lead multiple work streams and/or project teams to execute against project plans
• Implement lightweight solutions for tracking and communicating project status
• Drive standardization of delivery and activities to provide efficient service, including assisting with overall team organization
• Build subject matter expertise, stay up-to-date on technology, and identify key partnerships to help define team roadmap

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in project and organizational support or program management in the tech industry; 6+ years professional experience
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects with varying deadlines
• Experience with program management practices, tools, and methodology
• Experience communicating with different types of audiences both internally and externally, ranging from internal executives to outside consultants, to members of our engineering, product, legal, policy, and security teams
• Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• PMP certification
• Experience working in a legal department
• Experience with emerging technologies and devices
• Knowledge of AR/VR products
• Experience leading departmental and company-wide projects

Educational Requirements:

• B. A. or B. S. degree or equivalent project or program management experience

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
