What You Will Do
- Managing multiple contract operations, ensuring quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects; planning, organizing and overseeing work efforts; assigning resources; managing personnel; providing risk management; ensuring quality management; monitoring overall project and contract performance.
- Ensuring senior level management within the client organization, is aware of overall program status, including all relevant projects and their potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision, this may include subject matter and unique technical knowledge.
Shall work closely with the Government Contracting Officer and COR.
Who You Are:
A Program Manager that responsible for the following: personnel management; management of government material and assets; and personnel and facility security.
Our minimum requirements for this role:
Required
- Minimum Seven (7) years’ experience in providing oversight and executive level management to multiple projects/tasks and manages relationships with senior level management within the client organization.
- Current or past experience with the IRS or any Federal Agency
- Experience with Agile.
- Advanced knowledge, skills, and extensive experience in managing/directing multiple Task Orders of varying complexity and scope,
- Highly developed ability to manage and coordinate execution of the entire universe of Task Orders held by a given contractor as one of multiple BPA Holders
- Advanced knowledge of the core principles of Program Management
- Advanced ability to apply advanced knowledge and skills to efficiently administer all BPA activities associated with a given contractor
- Prefer Skill: IBM Rational suite
