Program Manager - Supply Chain & Procurement Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner, hosting a quarterly Market Intelligence forum, which provides insights, identifies key risks, provides recommendations and mitigations that drives actionable decision-making across the organization.
- Develop strategies to derisk the Supply Chain including fostering deep relationships within the subcontractor and supplier community to get ahead of Supply Chain challenges.
- Interface with stakeholders, including capacity planning teams, preconstruction managers, category managers, external contractors and suppliers, and consultants to produce required deliverables
- Spearheads early engagement with Data Center Engineering and Construction execution teams and external partners
- maintaining a solid service approach focused on the Voice of the Customer (VoC)
- Forecasts and prepares hypothetical scenario models for commodities and labor aligned to project delivery needs, identifying and creating mitigation plans for rare or volatile markets/commodities.
- Deep understanding of readily available market reports and demonstrated ability to rapidly distill both quantitative and qualitative information/data.
- Timely delivering of critical market information by performing cadenced research and reporting sprints.
- Utilizes surveys, polling, and network of industry contacts to derive leading edge market signals.
- Leverages formal dashboarding and reporting tools to effectively share insights and data.
- Creates compelling presentations and confidently conveys insights through storytelling.
- Embraces ambiguity of project parameters and changing project limitations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business analytics, construction management, or an equivalent technical degree.
- Minimum of 10 years progressive responsibility in commercial management, go-to-market strategy, project management, Supply Chain, or sourcing, with a focus on strategic planning, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven project management skills, with the experience to manage multiple time-sensitive projects under strict deadlines
- Experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary development projects, data centers, live mission critical facilities or similar technical construction projects.
- A team player working as an individual contributor with the experience of influencing without authority.
- Proven track record of establishing team goals and meeting project objectives and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and execution oriented. Experience in executing at a high level of quality in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Effective skills in G-suite, Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and a demonstrated capacity to learn new (proprietary) systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or Advanced degree preferred.
- Data center, advanced technology, or other mission critical construction experience.
- Experience working for General Contractors or with General Contractors for a client/owner.
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Experience.
