On the Learning Team reporting to Senior Manager Learning Projects & Programs, you will support projects serving our diverse audience of Team Members around the world.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Establish comprehensive workflow processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure that plans, dependencies, and risks are aligned with the project plan.
  • Manage project team as the main contact, working daily with fellow members of the Learning/HR team and partners in the business, senior leaders, and external vendor partners.
  • Analyze and prioritize project activities, deliverables, and budgets with realistic timelines.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with learning consultants to examine the scope of work and identify the build or buy approach to the learning solution; partner with procurement if a request for proposal is necessary and evaluate vendors.
  • Ensure vendor partners adhere to contract agreed upon in scope of work; address and work to resolve any issues in quality of work or timeline discrepancies.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of project management experience
  • Two (2) years of Learning and Development experience
  • Travel up to 10% (if applicable)

It would be useful if you have:

  • Seven (7) years of professional work experience
  • Certified Professional in Talent Development (ATD), PMP, or similar certification.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.
