Program Manager For A Mental Health Agency

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental HealthProgram Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with Mental Health conditions. Duties:
- Manage and assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Mental Health professionals
- Manage and monitor and document patient behavior, progress, and responses to treatment
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and recreational activities
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized care plans
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred
- 2 years Previous experience working in a Mental Health setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Knowledge of Mental Health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques
- Proficient in data collection and documentation
