WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for a Program Manager to join Air MI's Central Program Management Organization. The candidate needs to have a deep knowledge of project management standard methodologies. You will be the point person implementing our End to End Supply Chain Program, ensuring all project goals are accomplished according to established business objectives! A background in Supply Chain and Manufacturing is preferred; excellent communication skills, an ability to work cross-functionally, and attention to detail are key.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Manage the End to End Supply Chain Portfolio for Air MI
- Handle and drive business decisions related to the program initiatives
- Engage as an active project/ program manager for priority initiatives
- Facilitate program activities (weekly meetings, status reports, etc.)
- Drive project teams' readiness & commitments for both long-term plans and for quarterly planning, including objectives estimation and prioritization activities
- Responsible for project milestones
- Lead RAID log and response plans
- Lead the project and business teams through integration testing with Tech teams
- Manage post go-live/hypercare activities
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
The Project Manager will work with the Air MI Supply Chain team, Operations & Logistics, Planning, Technology teams, and Central Program Management team. This role will also coordinate and collaborate with a cross-functional team of stakeholders involved with the project.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with relevant technical program management or equivalent area of relevance on supply chain initiatives (with a particular focus in planning, ops & logistics, and/or procurement)
- PMP, Agile, or other program / project management certifications strongly preferred.
- Project management, delivery management, or project support experience on an SAP project implementation.
- Consistent track record of identifying, trouble shooting, creating solutions and resolving sophisticated business issues.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proven track record for successful delivery of projects and working cross-functionally with business and technology teams.
- Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to organization.
- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
- Experience with large data projects in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on supply chain experience (with a particular focus in planning, ops & logistics, and/or procurement)
- Ability to synthesize complex information quickly into easy to understand and simplistic summaries for communication to a wide-range of stakeholders
- Willingness to jump in and support the team proactively as needed
- Drives progress and results at pace continuing to foster collaboration along the way
